PUBLIC NOTICE

Pacific Mobile, 1554 Bishop Road, Chehalis, WA 98532 is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Construction Stormwater General Permit. The proposed project, Smokey Point Commerce Center, is located at the intersection of 45th Avenue NE and 136th Street NE in Marysville, in Snohomish County. This project involves 11.35 acres of soil disturbance for industrial construction activities. Stormwater will be discharged to an existing drainage ditch along 136th Street NE, which discharges into Hayho Creek.

Any persons desiring to present their views to the Department of Ecology regarding this application, or interested in the Department’s action on this application, may notify Ecology in writing within 30 days of the last date of publication of this notice.

A public hearing will be held before the Arlington City Council on the below listed date. The purpose of the hearing will be to hear public testimony regarding the adoption of the City of Arlington Six Year Transportation Improvement Plan 2009 – 2014.

NOTICE OF BUDGET ADOPTION

Darrington School District No. 330

Fiscal Year Budget 2008 – 2009

Notice is hereby given by the school directors of Darrington School District No. 330, Snohomish County, Washington, that the district has completed the district budgets for fiscal year 2008 – 2009 fiscal year and placed the same on file in the school district administration office. A copy will be furnished any person who will call upon the district for it.

The Board of Directors will meet for the purpose of fixing and adopting the budget of the district for the 2008 – 2009 fiscal year.

Any person may appear at the meeting and be heard for or against the budget or any part thereof.

The meeting will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 24, 2008, Darrington, Washington, in the Darrington High School Library.
