The Arlington Fire Department responded to the scene of a fire early Tuesday morning that has damaged three units of a triplex. One unit has sustained major damage and the other two have received smoke damage.

According to officials from the Arlington Fire Department, the fire was reported by a young man driving by who saw flames coming from the roof of one of the units. He was successful in alerting the occupants to the fire and all were out of their houses when the fire department arrived on the scene. No injuries have been reported.

The fire was called in at 1:15 a.m. with the first units arriving at the scene within five minutes of the call. Multiple units from Marysville Fire Dsitrict, Fire District 21 and Fire District 19 supported Arlington Fire Department to bring the fire under control at 3:12 a.m.. Also on scene is the Arlington Police Department handling perimeter control, and the County Fire Marshall. Arlington City Administrator Allen Johnson and City Council member Chris Raezer are also on scene assisting with the support of the personnel.

Arlington Support Unit 46 and the Snohomish County Red Cross are assisting the persons involved who have impacted by the fire.

The cause of the fire in the 200 block of Jackson Street has yet to be determined.
