Brandon Hooper, 21, of Ketchikan, Alaska, formerly of Snohomish, Wash., passed away suddenly due to a misfortunate accident on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007.
He was born on Nov. 27, 1985 in Arlington, Wash.
Brandon had a new job at a mill in Ketchikan. His hobbies included motor cross racing, four wheeling, guns and friends. He grew up loving the outdoors, hiking, fishing, hunting and camping. He loved racing his dirt bike and telling a good story. Brandon graduated from Snohomish High School in 2004.
Brandon is survived by his mother, Robin Engbret and step-father Cordell Engbret; sister Kristin Engbret and brother Jordon Engbret, all of Snohomish, Wash.; father Vince Hooper and step-mother Heidi Hooper; brothers Austin and Cole Hooper, all of Darrington, Wash.; grandparent Melvin Cricket Hooper of Darrington, Sharon Allen and Frances Friddle of Darrington.
He is also survived by Auntie Dawn and Uncle Steve; cousins, Zachary and Ethan Nations, all of Snohomish; grandparents, Darla and Gary Cole of Arlington; Jerry and Marlene Engbrecht; Uncle John; and cousin, Savana, all of Washougal, Wash.; great-grandma, Tiger Vivian Frojen of Arlington; and honorary grandparents, Tom and Bunny Evens; as well as many other beloved family and friends.
We will miss you forever and are sorry you left us too soon. We love you Brandon.
A graveside service was held at Gar Cemetery, Saturday Sept. 29, at 10 a.m. in Snohomish.
