The Arlington-Smokey Point Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament is set for June 26 and and a few spaces remain for foursomes, said Jennifer Shaw, chamber director.

“As this is an important part of our funding for the year, your support through foursomes, trophies, golf cart and raffle prize sponsorships is greatly appreciated,” Shaw said.

The chamber is also seeking nominations for Grand Marshal of the Fourth of July Grand Parade. Nominations are due by Friday, June 19.

Cash donations are also need to pay for Fireworks on the Fourth.

“Get your name placed on the banner and announced throughout the evening during the fireworks event,” Shaw said. There are many levels of sponsorship and each $50 contribution helps greatly, Shaw added.
