MARYSVILLE — The brass candle holder and silver chalice used in sacred services at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church in Marysville has been found.

The items were stolen this summer, along with musical equipment, computers, a picture of Jesus and items collected for the food bank.

Police have arrested two suspects, Randall Marlow, 45, and Todd Joiner, 37. They are suspects in at least seven church burglaries in Snohomish County, and Marlow is a suspect in the stealing of $6,000 worth of comic books from a Marysville bookstore.

Marysville and Monroe police have found some of the stolen property and returned it to the churches. They recovered more than 100 items at 10 pawn shops between Mount Vernon and Seattle. Police recovered tens of thousands of dollars in property, but are still looking for more.

Marlow was arrested in a 7-Eleven parking lot in Marysville. A utility trailer nearby had been stolen from the Church of Nazarene.
