ARLINGTON — The city of Arlington plans to beat the heat July 25-26 with its first “Giant Water Shower,” courtesy of the Arlington Fire Department.

Twin Rivers Park will host the shower July 25 from 1-2 p.m., at 22914 state Route 530, and the Arlington Municipal Airport will host the shower July 26 from 1-2 p.m., at the corner of 51st Avenue and 172nd Street.
