I wanted to take this opportunity to talk about Jeff Cartwright as a doctor and how he has helped our family.
My husband fell off a roof, shattered his heal and injured his back. After three surgeries with another doctor and three years of walking on a broken foot, Jeff took the time to evaluate him and get him to the right doctor in Seattle. He can actually jog and hike now.
Last year my daughter was tripped by a cross country teammate, fell down and broker her wrist. Jeff had her in for x-rays within an hour of the call. He took great care of her. She is now running varsity as a freshman for Stanwood High school.
Jeff is one of those great doctors that really care about his patients. That is something that has been hard to find. We really feel that there are changes that need to happen within the community so that quality care and compassion can become a part of the normal healthcare world here in Arlington. Jeff wants to be that person that facilitates that change. I think a lot of people are afraid of the change because it will be difficult at first, but we all know it needs to happen.
