ARLINGTON — Arlington Police are warning people about a convicted sex offender who has moved back to town.

Brian David Ormsby, 48, is now living in the 18800 block of Smokey Point Boulevard, according to police. He is a Level III sex offender who was convicted of statutory rape in the first degree, rape in the second degree, unlawful imprisonment and indecent liberties. He is under active supervision.
