ARLINGTON — Arlington Police are warning area residents about a convicted sex offender who is moving into town.

Samuel E. Ezell, 54, will be living in the 18700 block of Smokey Point Boulevard. He is a Level 3 sex offender who was convicted of rape in the first degree in Snohomish County in 1995. He is under active supervision.

Ezell is described as standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 164 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. More detailed information about Ezell can be found on the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office website here.
