ARLINGTON The city of Arlington is requesting input from the community on two different issues at the next regularly scheduled City Council meeting Monday, March 19.
The public will be invited to speak their thoughts on crime prevention during the visitors session of the Council meeting soon after 7 p.m., according to Kristin Banfield, assistant city administrator.
Later in the meeting, a public hearing on site-specific development will be continued from the Feb. 20 City Council meeting.
Site-specific development is a strategy for making development more flexible and adaptable in a variety of contexts, for mixed use and for adapting to challenging terrain, especially for use on the TDR receiving area on east Burn Hill, but not limited to that.
We are seeking more public comment on both of these issues, Banfield said.
