TULALIP – Shane Rossen, a six time Washington state duck calling champion, will teach a free clinic from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at the Tulalip Cabela’s.

Rossen will discuss many aspects of waterfowl hunting including: How to create the illusion of numbers through variation; how to produce it from one hunter to a hunting party; blind placement and concealment; and the how and where to avoid detection of approaching waterfowl.

Cabela’s spokeswoman Katie Sanford said it’s an event any waterfowl enthusiast shouldn’t miss.
