Elizabeth Betty Joan

Elizabeth Joan Wiggins, 90, of Marysville, Wash., passed away peacefully Saturday, Oct. 20, 2007, as she wished, at her home in the arms of her loving daughter, Jane, in her garden designed and built with love by her grandson, Trent Wiggins.
She was born Nov. 13, 1916, in Everett, Wash., to H.F and Grace Carleton. She lived 62 of her 91 years in her home where she and her husband raised their seven children. She listened without judging, encouraged our efforts, and nurtured dreams.
Her husband, Robert Walter Wiggins went to be with the Lord April 1, 1992. She is now peacefully in his arms. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Laura Dawson, of Bellingham, Wash.; and brother, Bill Carleton, of Lake Stevens, Wash.
She is survived by seven children, daughter, Myrna Joye Seifert, of Ore., granddaughter, Megan Lee and her husband, Andrew Lokken, great-grandson, Jeremiah Lokken; daughter, Myra Converse and her husband, Howard, of Idaho, grandchildren, Todd and Valerie Converse, Brett and Kate Converse, Carrie L. Savage and granddaughters, Korra and Terra Converse and grandson, Lee R. Savage; daughter, Suella May Hershaw and her husband, William, grandsons, Tyler and his wife, Maria, Trev and his wife, Megan, granddaughter, Traci and her husband, Peter Harrett, great-grandchildren, Tia and Tucker Hershaw and Elle, Katie and Val Harrett; daughter, Jane Roberts and her husband, Wes, grandson, Trenton Robert Wiggins, of Marysville; son, Robert Paul Wiggins, of Stanwood, Wash.; daughter, Rebecca JoAnne Brandis and her husband, Scott, grandson, Anthony A. Boucher; and son, William Wiggins and his wife, Geralyn, granddaughters, Hollie Feickert and her husband, Bob, Heidi and her husband, Matthew Kroeze, great-grandchildren, Braden, Tarver and Ryland Feichert, and Chole and Cosett Kroeze; step-grandchildren, Austin and Alexis Nagel and step–great-grandchild, Burke Nagel. She is also survived by her sister, Harriet Wiggins, of Sandy Point; and brother, Harry Carleton, of Chewella, Wash.; as well as, many other friends and relatives.
Visitation was from 4 – 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 26, at Schaefer Shipman Funeral Home. A Funeral Service was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, 2007, at Schaefer Shipman Funeral Home. Burial will be at Greenacres Memorial park, Ferndale, Wash.
Arrangements are by Schaefer-Shipman Funeral Home, Marysville.
