Kathleen E. (Kay) Peterson was born April 22, 1922 in Seattle, WA. She peacefully passed on August 14, 2011 at her home in Arlington.

Kay was preceded in death by her son Jim. She leaves her devoted husband of 64 years Howard, daughter Gayle (Remi) Ricci, son Gary (Barb) Peterson, brother Dave (Mary) McDonald, grandchildren and Many, Many friends.

Kay enjoyed gardening, camping,knitting, crocheting, painting and playing cards.

Kay was a Life member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary #1561, a member of the American Legion Auxiliary #76 and of the Old Bags of Arlington.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday August 27th, 2011 at 1:00 pm at the American Legion Post #76 located at 115 N. Olympic Ave. Arlington, WA.

The family would like to Thank our caregivers and the hospice nurses for their loving care and respect.
