Marilyn (Joey) Strom

Marilyn (Joey) Strom passed away April 27, 2017 in Seattle.

She was born March 20, 1944, in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida to Rachel (Betty) and Richard Johnson.

Joey graduated from Oak Harbor High School in 1962.

Her career started with the Burlington Northern Railroad but she is more known for her and her husband’s farm – the Outback Kangaroo Farm in Arlington.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Strom; daughters, Michelle Adams and Jennifer Adams; and step-children, Debbie Foote, Jennifer Strom-Brindle,

and Angie Richardson.

A memorial will take place May 9 at the Rhodes River Ranch in Arlington. If you would like to send flowers, hanging baskets are preferred.
