Richard (Dick) Mills, 75, of Arlington, WA, passed away at his home on October 10, 2019.

He was born to Tom and June (Weckwerth) Mills on February 10, 1944 in Port Orchard, WA. Richard graduated from Arlington High School in 1962, served two years in the Army Reserves and worked for General Telephone and Electric until he opted for early retirement. After retirement, he spent his time in his shop tinkering and going to all of his daughter’s activities and sporting events.

Richard is survived by his daughter, Zandra Raef (husband, Chris) and grandchildren, Carter, Ava and Wyatt of Arlington, WA, as well as his sister, Janet Mills in Seattle, WA and brother, David Mills in San Diego, CA. A small celebration of life will be planned for a later date. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Arlington Boys and Girls Club where he watched his grandchildren play many times.
