Ronald Leroy Mauch, 65, of Camano Island, Wash., passed away Jan. 10, 2007 in Everett.
Ron was born to Ronald and Helen Mauch on Dec. 13, 1941, in Toppenish, Wash. He graduated from Wilson High School, Tacoma, Wash., in 1961. Ron served in the U.S. Navy (active/ reserves), retiring as a gunners mate first class. He worked as a lumber salesman for 36 years. Ron enjoyed fishing, crabbing and gardening. He was a strong loving husband, father, grandfather and friend.
Preceding him in death was one of his closest friends, Jim Camp (Jimbo).
Surviving Ron is his loving wife, of almost 40 years, Connie; sons, Shane (Wendy), and Jason (Heather); grandchildren, Maggie, Braden, Abel and Cole; siblings, Joan, Wayne and Paul; as well as numerous friends.
A funeral service was held at
10 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 16, 2007, at the Arlington Free Methodist Church. There will be a private internment with full military honors at Arlington Municipal Cemetery.
