Tracy passed away at the age of 47 in Arlington, Washington surrounded by her family.

She is survived by her beloved 6-year-old daughter, Raina Marie Houston Anderson; her parents, John and Marie Saxton; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jamie Short, who passed away May 9, 2006.
