William Scott Palmer, Sr. was born April 28, 1930, to Richard Blair Palmer and Irene Rosalie Funk.

William passed away peacefully in his home in Corona, California, on August 25, 2017.

He is survived by Mary, his wife of 64 years, five children, 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
