ARLINGTON – Gavin Rork was a scoring machine for Arlington Tuesday in its 11-1 win over Everett.
Rork scored four of the runs, going 2-3 at the plate.
Arlington pitcher Owen Bishop improved his record to 4-0, shutting down Everett on four hits while the home team managed 10.
Branden Perdue went 2-4 at the plate for the Eagles.
Caden Lockhard was the only bright spot for Everett, going 2-3 with a double and triple.
Arlington tagged Everett starter Nick Mardesich for six runs in five innings, then tagged reliever Ryan Burt for five run in the bottom of the sixth, as the game ended an inning short due to the 10-run rule.
